Vladivostok is located on the seacoast so the sea effects the weather in the city a lot. Weather in Vladivostok is not so cold, though tourists should know some key points in dressing in our beautiful city.
First, it is always windy. It can be just a refreshing sea breeze or it can be a very strong wind. That is why temperature always feels lower then it is. For example, when you see +15˚C in the weather forecast it feels like +10˚C only. If you have a sensitive, skin please bring some cream for your skin and lip balm for your lips.
Second, the weather may change several times a day. So better to bring a small umbrella with you, sunglasses.

January – the average day temperature is around –10˚C. At night can be –15˚C - –20˚C. Snow is rare this month; usually the weather is sunny and cold. Please bring warm closes and shoes. By the end of the month the weather is getting warmer, daytime usually temperatures becomes positive. If you are going to visit Vladivostok in the first 2 weeks of March better to bring with you winter clothes. If you visit our city in the end of month you still need warm closes but lighter one.
